DELIVERY TIMES

We understand that as a customer you expect to receive your order as soon as possible, that is why we work to deliver your order as quickly as possible with deliveries within 24-72 working hours in the Peninsula. In order to know when your order is shipped, we recommend that you keep an eye on your email inbox. We will send you a shipping confirmation for your order indicating the estimated delivery date. On weekends or holidays, shipments will be handled on the next business day.

How does shipping work and what should I do if I feel absent at home on the day of delivery?

A first delivery will be made to the indicated shipping address and if you are absent at the time of delivery, the courier will try to leave a notice in the mailbox. It is not always possible to leave a note, as sometimes the courier cannot access the portal or housing complex. After this first delivery attempt, the delegation that distributes your area will try to contact you to arrange a second delivery. If you are also absent during the second delivery, the order will remain at the branch in your area so that you can pick it up at the agency. How can I track my shipment?

Can I receive my order in the time slot of my choice?

You can leave your preferences about the delivery time in the space for comments for the carrier that you will find before finalizing your order. Although we know that they do their best to deliver within the specified time, it may be difficult for them to comply depending on the carrier’s route.

What happens if my delivery address is incorrect?

We recommend that you check the address indicated before placing your order to ensure that the information is correct and complete, as it is not possible to change the address once the shipment has already been made without generating an additional shipping cost. If you detect any incorrect information, please contact us as soon as possible at serviagromario@gmail.com. This management can also increase the delay in delivery between 24 and 72 more hours. Holidays

Non-working days in our logistics center. These days no orders are prepared, therefore orders are delayed to the next business day. We are sorry for the inconvenience. January: days 1 and 6. May: day 1. June: day 24. August: day 15. October: day 12. November: day 1. December: days 6,8, 25 and 26.

RETURNS

Right of Withdrawal:

At Turrion Solutions, we value our customer satisfaction. For this reason, we offer a period of 14 calendar days for the consumer to exercise their right of withdrawal from receipt of the order. During this period, the customer can return the product in perfect condition, in its original and unopened packaging. To start the process, the client must notify their decision through our customer service email: info@turrionsolutions.com.

Return Process:

Turrion Solutions undertakes to refund the full amount of the product, using the same payment method used by the customer, as long as the returned product is in perfect condition. The refund will be made within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the returned product. The product to be returned must be sent to the following address: Crta. Vall de Boí – El Pont de Suert 25520 (Lleida)

Return Costs:

Transportation costs associated with the return will be the responsibility of the customer. Turrion Solutions will not assume the costs of collecting returned products.

Exceptions to Withdrawal:

The right of withdrawal will not be available after 14 calendar days from receipt of the merchandise. Additionally, returns of used products will not be accepted. In the event of acquisition by companies or professionals, or if the products are used for professional purposes, it will not be possible to exercise the right of withdrawal.

1) The product is defective or broken during transportation:

  • In the event that the product is defective, the user can return it within 24 hours of receiving it, assuming Serveis Agrícoles Mario Turrión, SLU the shipping costs generated by the delivery of the product and its return. Serveis Agrícoles Mario Turrión, SLU will proceed to resend the replaced product, without additional costs for the customer. You just have to inform us of your incident at serviagromario@gmail.com attaching a photograph of the product. Serveis Agrícoles Mario Turrión, SLU reserves the right to request more information related to the return.
  • In cases of important and visible damage caused to the packaging of the merchandise during transport, it is highly recommended that the customer write down the incidents on the carrier’s delivery note (it is even advisable to take a photo) and notify us in serviagromario@gmail.com as soon as possible.

Only the same user who purchased it can process the return.

GENERAL WARRANTY FOR ALL PRODUCTS

Unless proven otherwise, it will be understood that the products comply with the contract as long as they meet all the requirements expressed below:

  • 1.-They conform to the description made by the seller and have the qualities of the product that the seller has presented to the consumer and user on the website.
  • 2.-They are suitable for the uses to which products of the same type are ordinarily intended.
  • 3.-They present the usual quality and performance of a product of the same type that the consumer and user can reasonably expect, taking into account the nature of the product.
