In order to know when your order is shipped, we recommend that you keep an eye on your email inbox. We will send you a shipping confirmation for your order indicating the estimated delivery date. On weekends or holidays, shipments will be handled on the next business day.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

How does shipping work and what should I do if I feel absent at home on the day of delivery?<\/b><\/h3>\n

A first delivery will be made to the indicated shipping address and if you are absent at the time of delivery, the courier will try to leave a notice in the mailbox. It is not always possible to leave a note, as sometimes the courier cannot access the portal or housing complex. After this first delivery attempt, the delegation that distributes your area will try to contact you to arrange a second delivery. If you are also absent during the second delivery, the order will remain at the branch in your area so that you can pick it up at the agency. At Turrion Solutions, we value our customer satisfaction. For this reason, we offer a period of 14 calendar days for the consumer to exercise their right of withdrawal from receipt of the order. During this period, the customer can return the product in perfect condition, in its original and unopened packaging. To start the process, the client must notify their decision through our customer service email: info@turrionsolutions.com.<\/p>\n

Return Process:<\/b><\/p>\n

Turrion Solutions undertakes to refund the full amount of the product, using the same payment method used by the customer, as long as the returned product is in perfect condition. The refund will be made within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the returned product. The product to be returned must be sent to the following address: Crta. Vall de Bo\u00ed \u2013 El Pont de Suert 25520 (Lleida)<\/u><\/b><\/p>\n

Return Costs:<\/b><\/p>\n

Transportation costs associated with the return will be the responsibility of the customer. Turrion Solutions will not assume the costs of collecting returned products.<\/p>\n

Exceptions to Withdrawal:<\/b><\/p>\n

The right of withdrawal will not be available after 14 calendar days from receipt of the merchandise. Additionally, returns of used products will not be accepted. In the event of acquisition by companies or professionals, or if the products are used for professional purposes, it will not be possible to exercise the right of withdrawal.<\/p>\n
